The Queensland Information Privacy Act 2009 and its Privacy Principles govern all personal information collected in, generated by, and used as part of the Blurred Minds program, this includes how teachers use the personal information–by using Blurred Minds, you agree to be bound by the Information Privacy Act and its Privacy Principles in how you use the Personal Information you have access to via Blurred Minds.

Blurred Minds primarily collects personal information for the purpose of offering and administering the Blurred Minds program as an initiative of Griffith University. Griffith does not sell any personal information. All reporting done by Blurred Minds will be of aggregate, non-identified information. In the future, information collected in this offering may be used as part of a research study and/or publication. No identifiable information will be included in any publications or shared with any third parties.
